Shipping within the United States:
We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $2.95 for your entire order - regardless of the number of items that you order. This rate applies to any order shipped to an address within the United States.
Shipping outside the United States:
We welcome international orders and normally use Priority Mail International for our international shipments. This delivery option is available to most - but not every international destination. We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $12.95 for your entire order - regardless of the number of items that you order. This rate applies to any international location served by USPS Priority Mail International. Please contact us if you need or would prefer a different shipping option based on your location.
Duties, tax and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please send us an email (customerservice@onemarkcreations.com) if you have any questions regarding international shipping for your order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Your satisfaction with your purchase is our highest goal. If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you expected please give us a call at 503-819-2955 or send us an email at customerservice@onemarkcreations.com. We strive to do whatever practical to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
Refunds for items returned in sale ready condition within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
The original shipping charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping charges will be incurred.
